Raj Kumar

Founder & Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker

raj.kumar@fourseasonssir.com | 201.689.0533

  • Raj’s circuitous journey to marketing real estate in the Hudson Valley started with spending nearly two decades working for innovators in the fashion industry. His stint in fashion was followed by the launch of his own retail home furnishings and interior design brand focused on authentic luxury materials and creative styling solutions 20 years ago. The search for an inspiring place to live, and the eternal itch to work on a worthwhile restoration building project brought him to the Hudson Valley in 2010. Six years ago Raj joined the prestigious upstate brokerage, Select Sotheby’s International Realty, with the ambition to meld the stature of the Sotheby’s brand with a fresh, visual approach to selling exceptional properties.

Living and working from a 1920s American Foursquare home in Hudson, Raj’s current list of daily inspirations include his early morning walks in the surrounding nature, taking care of his “very senior citizen” horses, the latest issue of Apartamento Magazine, and the lessons learned from owning and restoring a 15th Century farmhouse in a tiny Tuscan hamlet.

Raj’s insights on the Hudson Valley real estate market have been quoted frequently in publications like the Wall Street Journal, Curbed, and the Spaces Magazine.

Tia Kumar

Founder & Brand Director

tia.kumar@lilliekteam.com

  • Before co-founding the team, Tia worked in marketing and design in Montreal’s emerging tech startup scene. After identifying a unique need in the market for a fresh, visual approach to real estate, she began developing the Lillie K. Team vision across digital and social channels, landing significant press for the brand’s properties, working with a wide variety of talent on storytelling campaigns, and growing a significant local and international following.

In her spare time, Tia is constantly finding projects in her 19th-century apartment and the 13th century stone cottage in rural France she shares with her partner. An avid fan of publications, you’re also likely to find her perusing the shelves of her local magazine store, looking for new additions to her ever-growing (and over-flowing) bookcases.

Steve Kingsley

Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker

stephen.kingsley@fourseasonssir.com

  • Born and raised in Miami, Steve moved to New York in the 70s and made his way even farther north to the Hudson Valley in 1980 for what was meant to be a short trip, but would soon become a permanent change of address. After walking in and joining the only real estate company at the time in Hudson, Kingsley took off in his role as one of the region's greatest advocates. With an eye for unique historical architecture and desirable landscapes, it was always easy for him to find the 'as-close-to' perfect home for his clients.

From day one, Steve has established himself as a cornerstone of the Hudson Valley country home market. Helming his own brokerage for nearly three decades, he has acted as a real estate advisor to some of the most celebrated creatives, artists, and tastemakers seeking a life of substance outside the city. From selling Astor Barns in Rhinebeck to Annie Liebovitz to landing the biggest sale in the Hudson Valley of the 1980s (the 500-acre Delano Estate on the Hudson River), to closing on the iconic Midwood and Chittingstone houses in Clermont, Kingsley has seen the ins and outs of almost every notable property in the entirety of the Hudson Valley.

Kingsley has always been deeply embedded in the culture of Hudson and its surrounding vibrant towns. He was a founding member of the preservation-focused organization Friends of Hudson, and now as a resident of 43+ years, he can look back and sum up how it all started: "The nearly life-long love affair began when I was 30 years old and saw the sunset across the Catskill mountains and the Hudson River, and I knew immediately it was where I needed to live."

Julie Wallach

Design Director

julie.wallach@lilliekteam.com

  • Julie Wallach started her career in television production for ABC News and Martha Stewart Living TV before making the daring decision to enter the fast-paced world of the New York City restaurant scene. Julie ended up spending over fifteen years in the NYC restaurant industry as the chef and owner of two neighborhood culinary gems that were known as much for their stylish-yet-homey atmosphere as they were for their menu.

In 2012, Julie moved full-time to the Hudson Valley where she took on the renovations of three beautiful homes, each with a unique history and style. Julie and her husband Ben put their focus on restoring entire properties, focusing equally on interiors, landscaping, and studios/ guesthouses. Their renovation style results in homes that are perfectly adapted to modern living, with an authentic expression of each home's historical details.

Julie lives with her husband and three Goldendoodles in Chatham, NY, where she is always searching for the next project.

Hannah Fulton

Operations Manager

hannah.fulton@lilliekteam.com

  • Growing up sneaking into open houses on her mother’s coattails, Hannah’s love for real estate blossomed very early. After working in real-estate tech for nearly five years out in Los Angeles, she packed up her car with her husband and dog and, returned home to the East Coast where she grew up. Not wanting to return to Brooklyn, they headed up the river and landed in Hudson, shortly thereafter connecting with the Lillie K Team. Their dedication to excellence in experience and design drew Hannah in and she made the switch from the tech side of real estate, to the boutique, small firm world.

Together with her husband and not-so-helpful 1.5 year old daughter, she is turning their 1930’s Hudson townhouse into a home by sourcing local furniture and decor. Hannah’s passion for the Hudson Valley can be found in how she helps clients not only find their homes, but settle into daily upstate life and finding a community they love.
